Pamela Sullins - Executive Producer
Artist Representation, Affiliates & Partnerships, Financing, Marketing & Distribution

Pamela has more than seventeen years of management experience in program development and marketing primarily in the areas of  technology,  eCommerce and new media.  Having ridden the wave of the Internet boom and bust of the 1990's  and ignited by her training in coalition building at Harvard, Pamela left the corporate market in 2000 to expand and promote social enterprise and social marketing for community-based non-profit organizations.  During that time she helped to secure over $12 million in grant funding and directly managed over $2 million in local, state and federal program funding.

Pamela holds a degree in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse and has a degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida .  She is also an alumna of the Center for Creative Leadership and brings proven leadership, business acumen and innovative solutions to all of her endeavors. She moves effectively between the for-profit and nonprofit worlds, and is passionate about engaging in challenging and creative social development initiatives.

Deer Pants Productions was formed in March of 2007 and serves as the natural focal point for Pamela to share her passion and work in the areas of creativity, personal and social development.


Roger Sullins - Producer
Creative Director, Artist, Singer, Songwriter

Roger is an honors graduate in Guitar Performance from the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and in Social Work from the University of South Florida.  He has also attended training workshops in Jazz Guitar at Berklee College of Music and brings over 20 years of experience in the music industry having recorded and played in and around Los Angeles for nine years before relocating to Tampa.

Roger also brings together a diverse background and a passion for creative living. He has a great love of cultural diversity, has lived internationally and was trained in Korean at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. His background has taken him from positions within the National Security Agency to working with post-incarcerated individuals at a home for those deemed "criminally insane" and as a therapist for abused and neglected children.   

In addition to serving as co-founder of Deer Pants Productions and his involvement in the creative development area of the organization, he is a member of several bands and is the Contemporary Worship Director at Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church.
